Customer Relations Superstar
Kelly has been in the Financial Services industry for over 20 years. Prior to joining OppenheimerFunds, Kelly served in multiple operational roles with JP Morgan Chase, Bank of America and Barclays.
Kelly joined OppenheimerFunds in 2015 and is responsible for the Customer Relations Operations which oversees Investor and Advisor Services, Retirement Planning, Correspondence and 529. Kelly has a strong commitment to operational excellence, governance and process efficiency. Prior to joining Oppenheimer, Kelly worked for one of North America’s largest financial services companies. During her tenure as Vice President and General Manager in the operations center, she also took lead on the development and implementation of a new customer experience strategy and served as customer relations manager for one of the largest Airline partners in North America.
Throughout her career she has delivered on her vision of creating exceptional employee experiences which resulted in numerous regional awards for workplace culture and achievement. Kelly is actively involved in community relations and has served on the Boards of The United Way, Chamber of Commerce and Public Schools Foundation.
She holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of Maryland.
